This 1 bedroom (600 sq feet) apartment is located rue Maurice Utrillo, right on the side of the Sacre Coeur church above its gardens. Maurice Utrillo was “the” painter of Montmartre. He painted most of the famous spots you will stroll around. The apartment is on the 6th floor (US standard) of a top quality stone and brick building, offering an elevator and a 1000 sq feet.

The living room opens its 2 large bay windows over Paris and the sky. Impressive. On the balcony, the view is flying in the sky. Decoration is exquisite, branded furniture (Knoll, Ligne roset …) and antic lights.

The bedroom is calm and delicately decorated. Bed is queen size. It also has a view over Paris, in a different direction. Its wardrobe is large and convenient.

The kitchen, fully equipped, is an original part of the apt. The red colour chosen for decoration gives a lot of energy to the small but convenient space.

The bathroom is a real piece of art. A large shower tub, decorated with carved tiles is in perfect harmony with the sink and mirror.

Last but not least, the building rooftop terrace is over 1000 sq feet. It is furnished with table and chairs. You may have a glass of wine or a full diner with your party.

The apartment is adapted to receive 4 guests , 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the convertabible sofa in living room.
Also, access to the building is done getting down or up stairs depedning from where one comes, the equivalent of 2 floors. No car access is possible to the building door.

The “Sacre Coeur” and its gardens are just out of the door. “Les abbesses”, the trendy part of Montmartre is just down the hill : many restaurants, shops and nice café terraces. The ABBESSES subway station is 3 min walk.

This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.

Conditions de paiement:

50% du loyer doit être réglé via paypal dès votre arrivée (si vous ne possédez pas de compte paypal vous pouvez payer par carte de crédit, visa ou master card. L’autre moitié doit être réglée 15 jours avant votre arrivée. Merci de bien vouloir noter que les frais paypal (3,9%) ne sont pas une charge supplémentaire.

Dépôt de garantie:

La caution qui correspond à la moitié du loyer total doit être réglée via paypal (ou carte de crédit, visa – mastercard) et vous ai remboursée lors de votre départ (sans aucune charge supplémentaire).

Accueil à l'appartement:

En cas d’annulation de moins de 15 jours précédant votre arrivée, la caution ne vous sera pas remboursée. Dans le cas contraire et si la totalité du loyer a été réglée avant votre arrivée, il n’y a pas de remboursement sauf si l’appartement peut être loué par d’autres clients.

Départ:

Check in time : à partir de midi & check out time : à 10h. Si l’appartement n’est pas loué le jour de votre depart vous pouvez y laisser vos bagages. Le personnel vous accueillera directement dans l'immeuble entre 9h et 19h.
