BUILDING
The late 19th century Haussmann-style building is simple and very Parisian, with old wood trimmings throughout and an old wood, but secure elevator. Though the area is extremely safe, the building is still equipped with a security code, and a second door only accessible by a private key.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Difficult to find yourself more centrally located in Paris, as this apartment is just a 5-minute walk from St. Michel (and metro St. Michel), Notre Dame, Latin quarter, the St. Chapelle, Chancellerie and Ile St Louis. Just 5 minutes in the other direction takes you to the Luxembourg gardens and the Sorbonne, meaning the student hustle-bustle abounds with cafés, cinemas and excellent restaurants. Safety is just another advantage of the area, with the main Paris police department also 5 minutes away, as well as the 19th century Dieu hospital. The area is donned with affordable shopping, and for the more ample budgets, St Germain shopping is also 5 minutes away. Of course the basics can also be found in the area: supermarkets, bakeries and drugstores.
The 5 square meter entrance sets the style for the rest of the apartment, with paneled doors leading to every part of the apartment: the bedrooms, the living room, the bathroom. It is chic and light, with high ceilings and Parisian moldings.
The 40 square meter Living room has 3 windows allowing floods of light all day long, with a lovely view of classical boulevard St. Germain, the Cluny museum and Cluny park. Half the room is set up as the living area with a sofa, day bed, chair, coffee table television and stereo. The other half of the room is the dining area with a table that seats 6, lamps and tables.
The 7 square meter separate kitchen has one window facing a courtyard and is equipped with an oven, microwave, gas burners, extractor hood, double-door American fridge with ice and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen utensils. The room has plenty of cupboard space and a two-tone 1940’s tile flooring.
BEDROOM #1
The 12 square meter master bedroom has a large window facing an open, light courtyard and is contiguous to bedroom two. It is furnished with a large mirrored double wall armoir, a queen-size bed, night tables and lamps.
BEDROOM #2
This spacious 14 square meter bedroom is flooded with light from a large window facing the same open courtyard and is furnished with a double trundle bed that serves as two single beds or one double bed, a fireplace topped by a 19th century mirror, a desk, table, chairs and lamps. It is contiguous to the master bedroom. This room also built-in closets and shelves.
BEDROOM #3
The 8 square meter third bedroom has one window facing the boulevard St. Germain and is furnished with bunk beds, armoirs, chest of drawers and a chair.

The 4 square meter bathroom has a small ventilation window, a large tub with shower head, wash basin, cupboards and washer-dryer combo.

Départ:
Le propriétaire ou son représentant vous accueillera le jour de votre arrivée à l'appartement. L'accueil se fait généralement après 16h00 et le départ avant 11h00. Pour des arrivées ou des départs en dehors de ces horaires, merci de bien vouloir interroger le propriétaire. Un supplément de 35 € est facturé après 21h00 et avant 9h00 ainsi que le dimanche et jours fériés.
