The location is very hard to beat to enjoy a stay in Paris and there is access to the key designer and brand name stores on St Germain and Rue Cherche Midi. Breakfast at the Cafe Flore is only 300 metres away next to the St Germain church.
The best grocery store is within wakling distance at the Grande Epicerie at the BON MARCHE store - the most chic department store in Paris.
There is a large choice of restaurants and bistrots as well as local shops for wine and cheese on Rue de Buci. The River Seine and left bank are within walking distance. You may visit the Louvre Museum over the Pont des Arts wooden footbridge which is an experience in itself...

- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days (bank transfer or paypal)
- The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner upon your arrival (by credit card Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Euro cash, Euro Traveller's check).
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION
Security deposit by credit card print (not debited for less than one month's stay) or can be paid on arrival by cash (euros or your home currency), traveller's check (Euro) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.
CANCELLATION_POLICY
Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule.
If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours.
Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged.
Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros.
