This studio is a little jewel. It is perfect for a honeymoon. It could also be a rest for writing a book. The studio is very bright. No opposite building. Calm is ensured. The view flies over Paris roofs’.

The building was built by a famous architect of the 1900’s. Located on the west side of MONTMARTRE, it is built in a beautiful non through street, the rue Felix Ziem. In the middle of this small street, typical Parisian 10 steps carved stairs, give a definite touch of luxury. The studio is on the top of a nice stone building. An elevator takes you up the 6 floors.

The studio is a small nest: well designed and comfortable. One can cook in front of the Paris view. It offers a good quality foldable sofa, a dining table for 2 or 3, an equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and dressing.

As a bonus, Phone calls to land lines in France, and to US, Canada and australia are generaly free. It is also true for more than 50 countries. More over, calls to cell phones towards specific countries (often US & Canada) may also be free. Ask us for detail as it may vary with time and policies of operators.

Although the area is very safe and calm, entrance requires going through a “coded” door. Additionally, a “caretaker” lives on the place and will welcome you.

At 2mn walking distance lies the “Abbesses” trendy district where bars, shops and restaurants may be found. On the top of the hill is located the Old Montmartre village. North, one reaches in minutes the famous “rue du Poteau” market.

Transportation is easy: the “Lamarck” subway station stays at 3 minutes, “Blanche” stays at 4 minutes walking distance. Most interesting Paris spots may be reached in 15 minutes.

Metro (walking distance): Lamarck (line 12/2mn), Blanche (line 2/ 3mn.)

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

50% of the price has be paid upon reservation. Prefered payment mean is paypal (if you do not have a paypal account, you can open one in minutes. You may also pay by credit card – (visa or mastercard only). Remainder of price has to be paid 15 days before check-in. For information: a payment fee (3,9% for paypal or credit card) is already included in the price.

SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:

Security deposit which corresponds to 50% of the rent has to be paid through paypal (paypal account or by credit card visa or master card) and refunded with no charge after departure.

CANCELLATION_POLICY:

In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival, the 50% deposit is not refunded. If the cancellation occures more than 15 days before the the arrival after the total rent has been paid, there is no refund unless we can rent the apartment to another guest.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Check-in time is from noon and check-out time is 10 AM. If the apartment has not been rented to other guests the day of your departure, we may discuss possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment for a few hours (15 € fee). Mail or call us in advance to arrange this issue. Keys have to be picked at the owner's representative office close to the apartment.
