- Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of the Check-in date: reservation fees* are non refundable. Deposit to the owner is half-refundable - Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the Check-in date. Reservation fees and deposit to the owner are non refundable. * Whatever is the date of cancellation, reservation fees are non refundable.

The owner or his representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally after 2 PM and check-out before 10 AM. For special arrangements, please, ask the owner for the supplement cost
