The living room has a sofa, a large dining table for six, a flatscreen television and original restored parquet flooring. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals and includes a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a stovetop, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower, sink and vanity and W/C. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds as well as a built in closet. There is a second bathroom with a shower, sink/vanity and W/C.
The apartment is close to many shops, bistrots and restaurants as well as the Paris Opera house and the grandes magasins Galleries Lafayettes and Printemps. It is easy access to most major metro and bus lines as well.
- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days (bank transfer or paypal)
- The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner upon your arrival (by credit card Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Euro cash, Euro Traveller's check).
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
Security deposit by credit card print (not debited for less than one month's stay) or can be paid on arrival by cash (euros or your home currency), traveller's check (Euro) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.
Damages Deposit: 1 Month's Rent
CANCELLATION_POLICY
Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule.
If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours.
Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged.
Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros.

Fomos para a Paris com TODA a família. Nos, os pais do Ricardo e nossos dois filhos. O apartamento parece que foi feito para nós. O meu sogro adorou o quarto e a minha sogra achou a cozinha maravilhosa, porque ela é uma das melhores cozinheiras que conheço.
Eu e meu marido adoramos porque podíamos fazer um passeio mais tranqüilo com os pais dele durante o dia e não andar tanto, porque estávamos do lado da Av. Opera. A noite nos saímos algumas vezes sozinhos para os restaurantes maravilhosos de Paris. E enquanto isso os meninos adoraram a viagem, porque podiam sair sozinhos a noite e quando voltavam não atrapalhavam ninguém.
Foi uma viagem inesquecível, que todos puderam aproveitar de seu modo, mas também passamos muito tempo juntos!
