The building is clean with security system, the apartment airy and light. Room with a double bed (140 cm wide) + computer PC + Net access included It has carpet floor in the living room. Living room : Sofa bed, LCD TV + Dvd player. The US Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel sink, vitro ceramic burners, microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine, dining table with 2 chairs. CANCELLATION_POLICY:

- Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of the Check-in date: reservation fees* are non refundable. Deposit to the owner is half-refundable - Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the Check-in date. Reservation fees and deposit to the owner are non refundable. * Whatever is the date of cancellation, reservation fees are non refundable.

The owner or his representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally after 2 PM and check-out before 11 AM. For special arrangements, please, ask the owner.
