One bedroom apartment, 44 m2, bathroom with shower, separate wc, on the 2nd floor, no elevator, sleeps up to 4. Superb three room apartment with double bed in bedroom and sitting room with double sofa bed as well as a kitchen and dining room. The apartment features charming old beams, nice high ceiling as well as double glazed windows in the sitting room and bedroom. There is a window in the bathroom which also features a heated towel rail. The w/c is next to entrance hall and seperate from the bathroom and has a closet with washing machine. Oak parquet flooring throughout. The apartment benefits from afternoon sun and is located in a pedestrian-only area with its market-style shops selling fresh produce, a fishmonger, cheese shop, baker, butchers as well as bistrots and cafes with terraces for a village atmosphere ! Refundable security deposit to be paid on your arrival by cash (euros or your home currency) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.

CANCELLATION_POLICY:

Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged. Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros
