Superb three room apartment with double bed in bedroom and sitting room with double sofa bed as well as a kitchen and dining room. The apartment features charming old beams, nice high ceiling as well as double glazed windows in the sitting room and bedroom.
There is a window in the bathroom which also features a heated towel rail. The w/c is next to entrance hall and seperate from the bathroom and has a closet with washing machine.
Oak parquet flooring throughout.  The apartment benefits from afternoon sun and is located in a pedestrian-only area with its market-style shops selling fresh produce, a fishmonger, cheese shop,  baker,  butchers as well as bistrots and cafes with terraces for a village atmosphere !
Very central location within walking distance of the Louvre and the Marais !

SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:

Refundable security deposit 500 euros/week (3000 euros/month) returned at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages

CANCELLATION_POLICY:

- Cancellations received 60 days or more working days in advance by registered letter of the Check-in date: reservation fees* are non refundable. Rent advance to the owner is refundable.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

The owner or his representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally between 2 PM and 6 PM and check-out 9:30 AM. Early arrivals: If the apartment is ready and cleaned, check-in from 9:30 am may be possible and if not your luggage can be left at the Welcome Agent's offices weekdays until your check in. Late departures: If possible a late check out may be organised and if not, your luggage can be left at the Welcome Agent's offices weekdays until 6 pm weekdays or by prior arrangement. Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros.
