PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
For rent over 500 € a 25% deposit has to be paid to owner by credit card (visa or MC) upon reservation. The balance can be paid by credit card or cash (€) on check-in. - For rent less than 500 € total is paid upon check-in by credit card or cash.
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:
Security deposit is about 500 € by credit card not debited if no damage in the apartment
CANCELLATION_POLICY:
- For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of total rent has to be paid. - For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent has to be paid. - For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, total rent has to be paid.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
The owner's representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally from 5 PM and check-out before 11 AM. For arrivals outside these times, you may leave your luggage to the owner's representative office.
Arrivals after 8 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros.SURROUNDINGS:

パリは学生の頃に3年住んでいました。その時の部屋探しがとにかく大変だったので、まさか旅行で短期賃貸ができるなんて、考えてもみませんでした。地球の 歩き方でプライベート・ホームズが紹介されているのを見て、半信半疑でホームページにアクセスしてみて、こんなに沢山あるなんて、さすが21世紀。
