Two bedroom apartment, 40 m2, bathroom with shower and wc, second bathroom with shower and wc, on the 6th floor, with elevator, sleeps up to 5. Charming designer duplex loft apartment with exposed and restored wooden beams and oak parquet floor The main bedroom with double bed has an en suite bathroom and is very cosy with a velux window and sloping ceiling. The mezzanine bedroom open onto sitting room is ideal for one adult but has a double bed so can sleep two and has its own bathroom. Great pied a terre for one couple or two or three friends travelling together visiting Paris. There are two very comfortable high quality sofas in the sitting room that can be converted into single sofa bed . There is a dining table ideal for two with a mini designer kitchenette and washing machine and fridge and storage space all ingeniously concealed with tailor made units.

SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:

Refundable security deposit to be paid on your arrival by cash (euros or your home currency) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.

CANCELLATION_POLICY:

Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged. Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros
