Enjoy this luxurious 2 bedroom apartment located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of a classic Haussman Building of “Pierre de Taille” in Rue Berthollet (west edge of 5th Arrondissement). The apartment will easily host up to 5 people.
(family or 2 couples and one of the bedroom has an extra bed for a 5th person - baby cot also available).This apartment has been beautifully designed and reshaped to provide : 2 bedrooms with separate entrances, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilets, 1 living room,1 kitchen fully equipped at modern standards. The original hardwood floor has been restored. The 2 bathrooms have modern tile flooring in a modern design spirit. High dramatic ceilings and large windows will provide very significant light to the rooms.
The master bedroom features a 2 large twin beds that can be easily converted to a king
size bed and a chimney. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. From the large windows and the balcony facing west, you will enjoy a complete view over the convent (built in the 18th century) and its garden across the street as well as the Eglise St.Jacques du Haut Pas built in 1620. From the living room and the bedroom, you can access the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine at the sunset over the roofs of Paris. You will also be able to take a relaxing breakfast with authentic Parisian croissant on the balcony.
Just walking distance from Jardin du Luxembourg, Pantheon and Sorbonne. You will also be able to enjoy Rue Saint-Jacques animations and restaurantsand experience the magic of Paris by night.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare breakfast and dinners. The shops located nearby the building will provide you with all delicatessen required to taste real products from French Cuisine.
You can easily walk from here to the picturesque Rue Mouffetard street Market where you will find great shopping, restaurants and cafes. You could also walk around the Jardin des Plantes or go to the nearby St-Germain-des-Pres located in the 6th Arrondissement.
The owner's driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to the apartment with no additional fee. Can pick up 5 people.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Sandra Johnston We had a fabulous time in Paris, in fact, I fell in love with the city so we will definitely be back for a longer stay. The apartment was more than we could have hoped for clean, comfortable and just simply perfect. Charlotte certainly knows how to make people feel comfortable in, not only the apartment, but in the city. And her driver Xavier made us feel right at home. My daughter is travelling to Paris solo next year and I have recommended your service to her. Thank you so much.

Helle Neergaard We are a family of 4 from Denmark. We stayed in the very nice appartment Luxembourg Berthollet from the 6. of May to the 10. of May. First very nice surprice was that we were picked up in the airport by a private chaufeur, that was absolutely so good, as you should not think about how to get there so we chose to pay for the trip back to the airport again. The apparrment are a beautyfull renovated and it has everything you need, one evening we worked 5 minutes to Mouffetard and bought many delisiously food and eath at home instead of going out. The apparment is well placed, in working distance to most things, a nice area and very calm. The only thing our big sons was not so satisfied about was the bad wireless connection, but we will highly recoment to rent this nice appartment. And the good corespondance about renting was very clear and fast answers. We will defently come back.

中川様 御陰さまで家族一同満足の行くパリ滞在をする事ができました。 アパート周辺は、中心に近いわりに静かで、もちろん最低限の注意は要りますが 安全な地域で、夜に帰ってきても怖いことはありませんでした。 ムフタール通りが歩いてすぐなので、市場で買い物をして料理をしたり 朝ご飯はモンジュ広場のカフェをいくつか食べ比べしたりといった楽しみ方もあります。 アパートのエレベーターがとても小さく、スーツケースと人間一人、または人間２人が限界でした。 ６階で２重窓ということもあり、外の音はあまり聞こえず静かでした。 アパートの電話から国内も海外も、家電には無料でかけ放題だったので重宝しました。 寝室の窓からエッフェル塔が見え、夜はサーチライトも回ってきて嬉しさ満点でした。 難を言えば、エキストラベッドがあり５人可能ということだったのですが、エキストラベッドは押し入れに入っているマットレスを床に敷いて使うという簡素なものでした。 それと、空港に到着した際、迎えのドライバーが来ていませんでした。渋滞のため遅れていた事が後から分かりましたが、大分不安になりました。 私はフランス語ができたので、直接オーナーやドライバーに連絡し、30分待ってなんとかなりましたが、英語もフランス語も話せなければ困った事になると思います。 到着第一歩でそういったつまずきは無い方が良いと思います。 また、サイト上ではアパートの場所がデプレと書かれていた様に思いますが、カルティエラタンですよね。デプレからはちょっと離れすぎだと思うので。 以上、難点も申し上げましたが、今後の好上につながればと思います。 またの機会がありましたら是非よろしくお願いいたします。 |
