One bedroom apartment, 50 m2, bathroom with bath, shower and wc, on the 4th floor, with elevator, sleeps up to 4.

Charming Parisien style apartment with exposed original wooden ceiling beams and open plan bedroom and siiting room separated by vertical wooden beams.

The bedroom area has a double bed and large wardrobe and the sitting room has a superb wooden dining table for 6, that cleverly separtes the sitting room area with a double sofa bed opposite 3 windows west facing for afternoon sun. as well as an additional sofa very comfortable opposite the TV.

The kitchen is in the entrance hall to the apartment leading to a nice size bathroom before arriving to the bedroom and sitting room.

There are three security systems with two security codes as well as an elevator key.

Fantastic central location only a few minutes from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral. leading directly to St Germain and Latin Quarter.
Close to "boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré, mini market on Rue du Louvre, Nicolas wine shop on Rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on Rue Berger.
Village atmosphere in streets nearby with large choice of restaurants and bistrots with terraces weather permitting!
Nearest grocers market rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church Thursday and Sunday.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days (bank transfer or paypal) - The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner upon your arrival (by credit card Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Euro cash, Euro Traveller's check).

SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:

Security deposit by credit card print (not debited for less than one month's stay) or can be paid on arrival by cash (euros or your home currency), traveller's check (Euro) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.

CANCELLATION_POLICY:

Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours. Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged. Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros.
