Luxury apartment, architect designed with exceptional furnishings and decoration. The large bedroom with queen size bed and spacious built in wardrobes has two windows with window boxes and looks onto a quiet street and has an en suite bathroom with 4 star hotel quality fittings and heated towel rail. The elegant and spacious sitting room also has two large windows with a dining area, with dining table for 4, high quality sofa bed and original wooden parquet floor.
The apartment is for discerning guests on business or visiting Paris wanting hotel quality but with the space and comfort of an apartment but not suitable for young children.
The tailor made wooden cabinets in the sitting room house the crockery and glasses and breakfast pack and the flat screen TV.
The second bathroom with shower and WC is next to the entrance.
The well equipped galley kitchen is well concealed behind folding doors, with a small dishwasher, electric hob, and combination microwave oven.
The apartment shares a small private landing next to apartment reference #038 both renovated in 2008.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days
- The balance of the rent will be paid by cash to the owner upon your arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:
Refundable security deposit to be paid on your arrival by cash (euros or your home currency) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.
CANCELLATION_POLICY:
Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule.
If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours
Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged.
Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros
