PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days
- The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner upon your arrival as well the security deposit in euros
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:
Refundable security deposit 500 euros/week (3000 euros/month) returned at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages
CANCELLATION_POLICY:
- Cancellations received 60 days or more working days in advance by registered letter of the Check-in date: reservation fees* are non refundable. Rent advance to the owner is refundable.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
The owner or his representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally between 2 PM and 6 PM and check-out 9:30 AM. Early arrivals: If the apartment is ready and cleaned, check-in from 9:30 am may be possible and if not your luggage can be left at the Welcome Agent's offices weekdays until your check in. Late departures: If possible a late check out may be organised and if not, your luggage can be left at the Welcome Agent's offices weekdays until 6 pm weekdays or by prior arrangement.
