Superb typically Parisien sunny duplex loft in the heart of St Germain, 100 metres from the River Seine one way and the market area on Rue du Buci the other way. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator but the walk well worth it for the superb view of the Ecole des Beaux Arts and without a building directly in front ! The apartment faces west sunny all afternoon till sunset. It is in the famous Latin Quarter with its art galleries and editors and more recently Ladurée, simply the best afternoon tea with macaroons and other goodies , on the corner of Rue Jacob and Rue Bonaparte. The apartment is incredibly well placed for lovers of St Germain but also very well placed for crossing over the River Seine on the wooden footbridge directly into the Louvre all of 10 minute walk as is the Place Dauphine (one of PARIS well kept secrets with a small number of restaurants in a tree covered square and cobbled streets with almost no cars and the locals playing boules in the summer ! ) and the Notre Dame Cathedral a little further on.

- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days - The balance of the rent will be paid by cash to the owner upon your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION:

Refundable security deposit to be paid on your arrival by cash (euros or your home currency) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.

CANCELLATION_POLICY:

Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule. If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged. Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros
