A small staircase separates the cavernous master bedroom suite from the rest of the apartment. A second bedroom is behind the living room and also is attached to a bathroom.
The master bedroom faces an inner courtyard. The second bedroom faces the street, but recently installed double glass insulating windows protect from noise. Both bedrooms have large closets. The living room has a queen-size sofa-bed.
Both bathrooms are connected to a room and are independant. The main suite has a shower + toilet. The second bedroom has a spacious corner bathtub.
Location: The apartment is centrally located in Place Saint Michel, part of the charming Parisian neighborhood of Saint Germain des Près. It faces Place Saint André des Arts which is full of great restaurants, bars, and cafés.
Sight-seeing: near the Saint Michel fountain, Saint Sulpice Church, the Rue de Rennes. Also: Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum and the Louvre.
Bed linens, towels, check out housekeeping are included in the price however the apartment has to be left in order.
2nd housekeeping is included for more than 11 nights' stay.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Electricity is not included in the rent for more than 1 month's stay.
- Insurance obligatory (additionnal fee : 3.5% of rent price)
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- 30% of rent has to be paid upon reservation to the owner within 48 hours by Credit card Visa/Mastercard 2.5% fees, American Express 3.5% fees, PayPal (if the payment fees are not added, it will be charged on arrival).
- The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner on your arrival (Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit cards accepted, No check accepted).
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
- 1000 € by credit card for less than 1 month's stay, refundable if no damage after check out.
CANCELLATION_POLICY
- cancellation after booking confirmation, no refunding (booking fees and rent deposit 30% of rent to be paid within 48 hours upon reservation are not refundable).
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
- Check in time is between 3PM,check out before 10AM.
. Late check in from 7PM is the subject of an extra charge 50€.
- Early check in or check out before 9AM is the subject of an extra charge 50 €
- Only if the apartment is available an early check in or a late check in possible (as it's depends on the other bookings, confirmation is possible only few days before). If not possible, from Monday to Saturday between 9AM to 6:30PM, the representative of the owner can keep the luggage in his office.
