- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 2 days (credit card Visa/Master, paypal or bank transfer subject to additional charge
- The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner upon your arrival (credit card or Euro cash)
DEPÓSITO DE GARANTIA
Security deposit by credit card not debited for less than one month's stay provided that there are no damages and that the apartment is left in order.
REGRAS DE CANCELAMENTO
Reservation fees and deposit to the owner are not refundable.
CHEGADA/PARTIDA
To give you the best service you deserve, the owner's representative will give you a check in time according to your expecting time of arrival.
It is the tenant's responsability to inform the welcome agents about any arrival time delay.
Regular check-in time is between 2PM and 10PM
Check-in between 10 PM and Midnight is subjet to an additional charge (from 10 PM 50 €, 70 € after 11 PM), No check in after midinight
Based on apartment's availability and the welcome agent work schedule, an early check-in between 10AM and 2PM is available for an extra charge of 50 euros.
Guaranteed Early Check-in is available between 8AM and 2PM for an extra charge equal to 50% to the nightly rate.
No check in before 8AM.
Regular check-out time is before 9:30AM
Check-out before 7AM is possible for an additional charge of 70 €, based on availability and at least 24 hours notice, a late check-out until 12 noon is available for an additional 50 euros based on availability and requested at the time the reservation is made, check-outs are permitted until 4PM for an additional cost equal to half the nighly rate of the apartment.
AVISO:
Electricity is not included in rent for more than 2 weeks stay.
