Once confirmed the availability of the apartment according to your chosen dates, we will send you an email with the payment conditions and a link to the Payment Page in order to process the reservation fees in euro (by credit card visa, american express, master card or JCB). The rental option is automatically cancelled if this payment is not made within the following 24 hours. Please, note that for some apartments you may directly book “on line”.
3.The rent is to be paid directly to the owner (either before or at your arrival, depending on the Owner's booking procedures). The security/breakage deposit which will be returned to you at the day of your departure.
4. Please, note that reservation fees paid to Private Homes are non refundable whatever is the date of cancellation. Regarding the deposit to be paid to the owner, please, check the cancellation policy described in the apartment details.
