• SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION

  Security deposit has to be done by credit card print not debited if no damage in the apartment

• CANCELLATION_POLICY

  - For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of total rent has to be paid. - For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent has to be paid. - For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, total rent has to be paid.

• CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

  The owner's representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally from 5 PM and check-out before 11 AM. For arrivals outside these times, you may leave your luggage to the owner's representative office. (open from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM). Arrivals after 8 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros. No check-in after 11 PM.

Hello everybody, We absolutely loved our apartment especially its perfect location. We had a great time because we were close to everything and also the apartment was spotlessly clean. I quite liked myself the Parisians; you are so welcoming and kind people. I was here with friends of mine from California who also enjoyed a lot their stay in Paris. What they really appreciated as well was the fact that we were served several times by Parisians who spoke incredibly good English, which is always a pleasure.
