There is a long hallway upon entering the bedroom located off this hall. It has a double bed, built in closet and large window.
Further down the hall is the living room which is facing the street with large windows along one side. There is a hotel quality sofabed, a dining table, chest of drawers and a flat screen television.
There is a small kitchenette that has everything needed to prepare simple meals and includes a microwave/oven combination, a stovetop, a washing machine/dryer combination and a small refrigerator.
The bathroom is just down the hall from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower, a sink and vanity and W/C.
The neighborhood has numerous boutiques, restaurents, bakeries and an outdoor market twice a week.
- 50% of the rent has to be sent in advance to the owner within 7 days (bank transfer or paypal)
- The balance of the rent will be paid to the owner upon your arrival (by credit card Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Euro cash, Euro Traveller's check).
SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
Security deposit by credit card print (not debited for less than one month's stay) or can be paid on arrival by cash (euros or your home currency), traveller's check (Euro) and returned at the end of your stay, provided there have been no damage.
CANCELLATION_POLICY
Cancellation notice must be sent 60 working days before tenancy is due to commence by registered letter for a full refund of the 50% rent advance. Reservation fees are no refundable
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in is between 1 and 6 pm but an earlier check-in time can be arranged from 9:30 am, depending on the occupancy of the apartment the previous day and the cleaning schedule.
If the apartment is not ready when you arrive in Paris, luggage can be left at the owner's representative office during office hours.
Check-out time is 9:30 am but a special check-out time may be arranged.
Arrivals after 6 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a late check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros.
NOTICE:
For stays of a month or longer electricity is not included.

Must we leave??? We had a wonderful time in Paris, and this apartment was superb - well appointed, immacutely maintained, and near everything. We loved walking in the rue Montorgueuil area to put together our dinners - fresh bread, cheese, seafood - yum ! (My favorite part was our dinner cruise on the Seine... he asked, I said OUI ! What a romantic proposal.) We will be back, and will recommend this apartment to all.

Staying at this apartment was an excellent choice of mine. The main room was very spacious; the whole place was very luxurious. It was delightful we could use the kitchen, one of the advantages renting a flat instead of going to a hotel. We did go out a lot for dinner but was nice to be able to cook yourself a little breakfast. An ex classmate recommended this agency to me and I was quite satisfied from the service provided by Private Homes. Excellent receiving, fantastic stay. For easy and pleasant stay I would definitely prefer to rent a flat for my next travel.
