  For rent over 500 € a 25% deposit has to be paid to owner by credit card (visa or MC) upon reservation. The balance can be paid by credit card or cash (€) on check-in (payment by bank check is not accepted. - For rent less than 500 € total is paid upon check-in by credit card or cash.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION

  Security deposit has to be done by credit card print not debited if no damage in the apartment

• CANCELLATION_POLICY

  - For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of total rent has to be paid. - For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent has to be paid. - For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, total rent has to be paid.

• CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

  The owner's representative will welcome you at the apartment. Check-in time is normally from 5 PM and check-out before 11 AM. For arrivals outside these times, you may leave your luggage to the owner's representative office. (open from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM). Arrivals after 8 pm, Sundays or bank holidays are subject to a check in fee of 50 € payable on arrival in euros. No check-in after 11 PM.

My stay at the Mazarine Apartments was fantastic.
The home was absolutely gorgeous. it was very spacious, the facilities offered were very comfortable and made our stay enjoyable. the washing machine facilities were just a bonus, except our dryer malfunctioned while we were there.
The position of the apartment was very centrally located and very easy to walk to the metro down the road. we were surrounded by chic cafes, yummy patisseries, shops with lots of different cheeses and cured meats, we were right in the hub and the atmosphere was buzzing. i felt like i was living like a real Parisian!!! not to mention the shopping on evry corner nearby......
The children absolutley loved our apartment and had a fantastic time.
The property manager that checked us in was helpful although she did tell us all the museums were closed on a Monday when in fact the Louvre is closed on a Tuesday. this upset our our planning a bit and we missed out on seeing the Louvre in the end.neer mind that gives us an excuse to come and stay again!!!
We highly recommend this apartment for any families or friends sharing. i would definetely love to come back and stay.
Ah Paris, I miss you already.
