• SECURITY DEPOSIT CONDITION

  Security deposit by credit card not debited for less than one month's stay provided that there are no damages and that the apartment is left in order.

• CANCELLATION_POLICY

  Reservation fees and deposit to the owner are not refundable.

• CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

  To give you the best service you deserve, the owner's representative will give you a check in time according to your expecting time of arrival.
  It is the tenant's responsability to inform the welcome agents about any arrival time delay.
  Regular check-in time is between 2PM and 10PM
  Check-in between 10 PM and Midnight is subjet to an additional charge (from 10 PM 50 €, 70 € after 11 PM), No check in after midinight
  Based on apartment's availability and the welcome agent work schedule, an early check-in between 10AM and 2PM is available for an extra charge of 50 euros.
  Guaranteed Early Check-in is available between 8AM and 2PM for an extra charge equal to 50% to the nightly rate.
  No check in before 8AM.
  Regular check-out time is before 9:30AM
  Check-out before 7AM is possible for an additional charge of 70 €, based on availability and at least 24 hours notice, a late check-out until 12 noon is available for an additional 50 euros based on availability and requested at the time the reservation is made, check-outs are permitted until 4PM for an additional cost equal to half the nighly rate of the apartment.
